Senior SEO consulting built around your situation.
Lennonade works with companies in three ways: Building and leading your SEO program, assessing the program you already have, or protecting organic visibility through major site changes.

SEO Program Leadership
Own AI visibility and organic growth from strategy through execution. For companies without senior SEO leadership, Lennonade runs SEO and AI visibility end to end across strategy, content, technical priorities, analytics, and QA. For some teams, this works like a fractional senior SEO lead: Someone who can set direction, guide execution, and help the team focus on the work that matters most.
including:
A Strategy Foundation: Audit, research, and a prioritized roadmap
Publish-ready content each month
Priority-driven SEO and AI visibility advisory
Technical prioritization, analytics, and QA
SEO Program Assessment
A senior, independent evaluation of your SEO program: Strategy, workflows, team, and site, with prioritized recommendations your team can act on. Built for leaders with an in-house team or agency who want independent validation before investing further. Leadership gets a clear view of where the program is strong, where it falls short, and what the team should change.
including:
Stakeholder and team interviews
Strategy, workflow, and process review
Site audit and AI visibility review to find missed issues
Prioritized recommendations and an executive readout

SEO Migrations & Redesigns
Protect organic performance through replatforms, domain changes, redesigns, rebrands, and major site updates. Lennonade works with your internal team and outside partners, including design, development, and rebranding firms, to catch SEO risks before decisions get expensive to reverse. The goal is simple: Keep the traffic and revenue you already have.
including:
Migration planning with URL and redirect strategy
Information architecture, template, and CMS review
Pre-launch QA and redirect validation
Launch monitoring and post-launch performance analysis

Frequently asked questions
Questions before you reach out.
Fit, scope, pricing, and who does the work.
How do we know if we're a fit?
You're likely a fit if you have meaningful organic traffic, pipeline, signups, or revenue to grow or protect, and either no SEO function and a need for senior leadership, or a team that needs senior direction and validation. You're probably not a fit if you're looking for low-cost execution, bulk content production, a link building agency, isolated deliverables with no strategic context, or rankings for their own sake.
Which way of working is right for us?
Choose Program Leadership if you need senior ownership of SEO and AI visibility from strategy through execution. Choose a Program Assessment if you already have an SEO program and want independent validation and sharper priorities. Choose Migrations & Redesigns if a major site change could put organic performance at risk.
Do you take on one-off projects?
Yes. Program Assessments and Migrations & Redesigns are structured as fixed-scope engagements, and a fixed-scope Strategy Foundation is available when ongoing support isn't the right fit. The deepest results come from sustained engagement. One-off projects and alternate structures are welcome when the scope is clear.
How does an engagement start?
Send an inquiry through the form. Andrew reviews every inquiry personally. If there's a strong fit, he'll reply with next steps, usually a short call to talk through your situation, followed by a scoped proposal.
Will you work with our in-house team or agency?
Yes, and often. Lennonade works alongside internal marketing, SEO, content, product, engineering, and analytics teams, and with outside agencies and partners, including design and development firms during migrations and redesigns. The goal is to help the people you already have make better SEO decisions and execute more effectively.
What do engagements cost?
There's no published rate card because engagements are scoped to the situation. Lennonade works with a small number of clients at a time, and engagements are sized for companies with meaningful organic revenue at stake. The inquiry form asks for your approximate monthly investment, so you'll hear quickly whether the fit makes sense.
Who does the work?
Andrew Lennon leads every engagement directly, including strategy, analysis, and client communication. Marion Lennon, Head of Quality, reviews the work before it reaches you, bringing a scientific and audit-trained eye to gaps, inconsistencies, and details others might miss.
