Information we collect

Information you provide. We collect information you choose to provide when you submit an inquiry or contact Lennonade directly. This may include your name, work email address, company, company website, role, desired start timing, information about what prompted you to reach out, the outcomes you want to achieve, your approximate monthly investment, how you found Lennonade, and anything else you choose to share. We may also retain information you provide through direct email correspondence or other business communications.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you not include Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal information in free-text form fields.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, Lennonade and its service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information. This may include browser and device information, referring pages or sources, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, interactions with the website, general location information inferred from your IP address, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies. Some website and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses as part of operating and securing their services. We do not collect precise GPS location.

How we use information

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, and interactions with the website.

We use analytics for internal measurement and website improvement only. We do not use website tracking technologies for third-party advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Lennonade may change or add analytics and website-improvement tools over time. If a change materially affects how we collect or use personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy.

How we disclose information

Lennonade does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and our business, including providers of website hosting and form processing, analytics and website measurement, email and business communications, and cloud storage and business software. At present, these include Framer for website hosting and form infrastructure and Google Analytics for website analytics. Service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and our agreements with them.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect Lennonade's rights or security, or investigate suspected fraud or misuse. If Lennonade is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiry and correspondence information may be retained while we evaluate a potential engagement, maintain a business relationship, preserve relevant business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal and accounting obligations. Analytics information is retained according to the settings and retention practices of the analytics services we use. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask Lennonade to review, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to us. To make a request, email privacy@lennonade.com.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, preserve business records, resolve disputes, or protect our rights.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy law applies to Lennonade, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

Do Not Track and third-party tracking

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting DNT signals, this website does not currently respond to them.

Third-party analytics providers may collect information through cookies or similar technologies when you use this website, and may also operate technologies on other websites and services, subject to their own privacy practices. Lennonade does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data security

Lennonade uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmitting or storing information electronically is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. Lennonade does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@lennonade.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including LinkedIn. Lennonade does not control the privacy practices of third parties, and information you provide to a third-party website is governed by that party's practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, tools, or data practices change, or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the date at the top, and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
